South Melbourne Market is right around the corner as well as Clarendon street. At Southbank promenade by the Yarra River, you'll find a multitude of restaurants and shops are just minutes walk away. Access into the heart of thriving Melbourne is quick and easy. The Space The house is fully equipped with everything you need to make it your home away from home. The open plan lounge room with wooden floor boards is spacious, modern, light filled and relaxing. The kitchen has all mod cons available for your use, while the 3 bedrooms are bright with comfortable beds, all with built in robes (the master has a walk in robe) and the 2 bathrooms (main and ensuite) are clean and convenient - enjoy a soak in the bathtub after a long day of hitting the shops! All guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge, plus a gourmet welcome hamper including tea, coffee, jams, muesli, milk and some tasty treats. We supply luxury toiletries and towels, and our beds are made up with top quality Flaxfield linen ensuring a comfortable stay. Also supplied for guest use are Myki cards and a Netflix account on the TV There is also a beautiful courtyard that catches all the morning light, so enjoyable for relaxing in the sun while you have your morning coffee or your afternoon wine! You won't believe you are in the heart of the action. The location of the house makes it completely perfect for your next Melbourne getaway.
